This premium Big Blue filter housing offers the versatility to meet all of your large capacity filtration needs, including high-flow and heavy-sediment applications. The extra large housing allows for greater cartridge capacity, reducing the number of vessels required for high flow-rate applications. These housings are constructed of durable reinforced polypropylene and 20" in length.

The high-flow polypropylene (HFPP) cap has 1" FPT inlet and outlet ports. The 1-1/4" internal port allows a greater volume of liquid to pass through the HFPP cap more rapidly.

Big Blue housings can withstand a broad range of chemicals in the water. Also they can withstand a wide range of differences in water pressure, plus they are equipped with pressure-relief buttons for ease of filter change. They accept a wide variety of 4-1/2" diameter x 20" length cartridges for different applications.

Note: These inline water filters are usually placed in the main water line entering the home. Installation is fairly simple, it is best installed by a licensed plumber.
