Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum purchase of one (1) applicable APEC water filtration system* is required. 2. APEC Water Systems will extend warranty coverage of two years total (1 year limited manufacturer + 1 year extended) when you register your product within eight (8) weeks after date of purchase. If you choose not to register your product, a one (1) year limited warranty will apply to your product. 3. Warranty is valid to the end-user only. 4. Product registration must be completed within eight (8) weeks after date of purchase. 5. Products must be purchased in brand new condition from channels including APEC Water Website, Abt Electronics, Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, eBay, Home Depot, Lowe's, Newegg, Rakuten, Target, Walmart, Google Shopping, Wayfair; items not purchased in brand new condition or items purchased from 3rd party seller or from amazon warehouse deals are not included. 6. Warranty is offered and valid in the 50 contiguous states (including Alaska and Hawaii), and internationally. Customers residing in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and internationally are responsible for shipping costs and possible custom fees, duties, and any other destination charges, etc.

If you have purchased the Extend Protection Plan, your warranty coverage will be one (1) year manufacturer warranty + the number of years you have purchased with Extend Protection Plan. Extend is a proud partner and known for their hassle-free warranty coverage. Your Extend Protection Plan starts immediately after the 1 year limited manufacturer warranty. Then all claims and questions will be directly handled by Extend.

You may still choose to register your production with us. However, our extended warranty coverage do not add to the Extend Protection Plan. The Extend Protection Plan will take priority and provided any support that you may need.
