RO-PERM Model - Leaks

We suggest that when you install the RO system that you put a paper towel underneath the RO system to determine if any minor leaks exist. Make sure all connections are securly tight and teflon tape is applied to the designated spots.

Housings
1. Make Sure the o-ring is present and not damaged

2. Make Sure all housings are secure
Use wrench to tighten housings

3. Identify any hair line crack on the housings

Connections
1. Make sure all tubings are firmly secured
Use wrench to address each loose connection

2. Make sure inserts and sleeves were all accounted for
Contact us if you are missing any minor parts
x

3. Make sure the nuts are all tighten
Use wrench to address each loose connection
x

4. Make sure teflon tape is applied to the designated spots
Refer to owner's manual to designated locations

5. Drain Saddle leak may be a result of missing adhesive sponge
Contact us for replacement if neccessary

Faucet
1. Dripping from the faucet can be a result of a loose screw under the lever
Contact us for replacement

2. Loose spigot connection as a result of missing spigot o-ring

Tank ball valve
Loose connection and not enough of teflon tape
Tighten or apply teflon tape

Tank pressure valve
Possible ruptured tank bladder
