Our FILMTEC™ seawater reverse osmosis membrane elements offer the industry’s most reliable seawater desalination production. Advanced membrane technology and automated fabrication allow these elements to deliver consistent high flow rates to meet the water demands of both sea and land-based desalinators. These high productivity membranes work well at lower pressures to reduce pump size, costs and operating expenses and can withstand up to 1,000 psi operation without degradation in flow, salt rejection and physical appearance. These membranes deliver excellent performance in terms of flux, salt and organics rejection, and microbiological resistance. They can operate over a pH range of 2 to 11, are resistant to compaction and are suitable for temperatures up to 45°C. Their performance remains stable over many years, even under harsh operating conditions.
