| APEC Reverse Osmosis Light Commercial complete filter set is made in USA with the highest quality filtration components to provide a longer lasting filter set to protect and prolong the lifespan of your reverse osmosis system. Premium quality pre-filter cartridges lasts over 6 months while the membrane and post carbon filter last 3-4 years for fewer filter change outs and high performance contaminant removal. Compatible for APEC 180 GPD Light commercial reverse osmosis water systems. 1st Stage: High-Grade Sediment Depth filter - 5 micron 20 Inch high-capacity polypropylene filter -removes dust, particles, and rust. 100% pure polypropylene depth filter with exceptional dirt-holding capacity translates to longer life and fewer change-outs than existing string-wound or resin-bonded filters. 2nd and 3rd Stage: Premium Extruded Carbon Block filter - 20 Inch extruded activated carbon filter removes unpleasant chlorine, tastes, odors, cloudiness and colors. Also removes VOCs and other common chemicals from the water. Extruded carbon consists of activated carbon particles fused into a uniform block with enhanced adsorptive capacity and efficiency. The extreme uniformity of their extruded carbon core eliminates channeling and bypass common with granular activated carbon (GAC) filters. 4th Stage: Select DOW FILMTEC RO Membrane filter - High Rejection TFC reverse osmosis membrane removes up to 99% of total dissolved solids (TDS) and contaminants such as arsenic, lead, fluoride, chromium, radium, bacteria, viruses and much more. 5th Stage: Advanced Coconut Shell Carbon 12" final stage refining filter removes any possible residual taste from the tank.
