These standard size filters are compatible with APEC Essence Series and all other 10" standard size under counter reverse osmosis systems 1st Stage: high quality polypropylene filter removes dust, particles, and rust, preventing sediment from building up and clogging the filters and the system. Recommend changing every 6-12 months. 2nd and 3rd Stage: extruded carbon block filters remove chlorine, taste & odor at a fast flow rate, improving water taste and prolonging the life of the RO membrane.
