Excellent Customer Service from Janet
I’ve had the RO-CTOP for almost 2 years and love it. I changed the filters and it didn’t run properly so I called sent photos to Janet at APEC and she said they were installed properly and asked a few questions and determined the drain hose was clogged, she gave me a suggestion of how to unclog it with vinegar, was not successful so I called Jennifer back and she had the replacement part shipped to me. When I installed it the “chunk” fell out of the old piece, I appreciated that Janet suggested something to try, to avoid buying a new part. You don’t get great customer service these days so it’s always refreshing to find it, thank you Janet!

Love the water.
This is strange. It wasn’t ten minutes ago that I connected the new parts and am filtering my three gallon jug. I have been using this system for several years and love the water it makes. Thanks much.

I don't have the counter top system so I purchased this adapter. The product works great. But it should include the sink adapters. I had to order them separately because it didn't fit my sink, any of my sinks. My house and fixtures are old, they can claim it " fits most sinks" . I call bs on that. But I love my system. And customer service was excellent.

Defective product
Faucet Diverter Kit is defective. The thread of the faucet is twisted and would not fit. I am hoping it will be replaced soon and will write new review and rating when the problem is settled.

They made it easy to install all you have to do is follow the lines to where they belong. You can see it it's crazy easy to complete installation also is at a good price
