Number:
First obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Freedrinkingwater.com
here.
Packaging:
Please kindly re-pack product in original box, or box of equivalent strength,
in the same way as it came to prevent damage in shipping. Please
return everything that were in the original box, including any free items
if applicable. Be sure to drain out all water from Wet system
and wrap in plastic bags before packing.

We will provide you with an APEC warehouse address for return merchandises
when we issue the RMA number. - Refund:
Within 30 days from date of purchase, refund policy and conditions
are as follows:
- If system
is unused and filters are in their original, unopened packaging —we
will issue a full product refund upon receipt of merchandise returned
in new and original condition.
- If system
is used, not-defective, filter packaging is opened —we will refund
the purchase price less 15% re-stocking fee upon receipt of merchandise
in undamaged condition.
- If system
and/or filters are defective —we will refund full purchase price
upon receipt and review of merchandise returned in undamaged condition.
